🔥 Releasing Soul Contracts & Embracing Freedom 🔥

Today, I was supposed to meet someone, but I got stood up. Instead of feeling hurt or frustrated, I saw it as an opportunity—a reminder of all the times in my life when I didn’t feel seen, valued, or prioritized. From my teenage years through my 20s, 30s, and 40s, this was a pattern that needed to be fully healed.

So, I took action. I wrote a letter and burned it, releasing all soul contracts that no longer serve me:

⚡ Contracts with people who don’t respect my time, who ghost me, or who fail to make me a priority.
⚡ Contracts with past lovers who took me for granted.
⚡ Contracts with predators and any past-life agreements that hold me back.
⚡ Vows of silence, waiting, poverty, restriction, and chastity.
⚡ Any binding agreements—past, present, or future—that do not align with my highest good.

I clear, delete, and erase them all—with love and forgiveness for all involved. Never to be recreated or regenerated again.

🔥 Fire is a powerful tool for transformation. 🔥 This ritual was a declaration of my worth, my boundaries, and my readiness to step into relationships that honor and uplift me.

What is the Emotional Code? I’m so excited to share a little bit about this Healing modality that’s been one of my personal favorites for many years! We all store emotions in our bodies from the smallest things in life, to very big traumatic events.

One of the reasons why we get more guarded as we get older, is also because we have so many different emotions to each topic in our energy field. If we are able to release the trapped emotions, it makes us feel so much better in our daily life. It helps us take our emotions out of a situation, so we can deal with the issue at hand as an outside person looking in.

The world we live in now is full of toxins in our daily lives—from the food we eat 🌮 to the air we breathe 🌬️ and the water we drink 💧.

We’re always go, go, go 🚀, trying to get everything done! But when do we take time to just relax? Taking a bath 🛁 is so nourishing for the soul in itself, but taking a detox bath can help us feel so much better ✨.

If you’re doing a detox bath, Epsom salt is not the best choice. While it has amazing benefits, Epsom salt draws things into the body. For detoxing, we want to remove toxins. Adding borax can help eliminate radiation exposure 📡 from Wi-Fi, cell phone towers, and more.

For a good detox bath, soak for at least 30 minutes ⏳. Add your favorite essential oils 🌿, and give yourself the quiet time you deserve. ❤️
